Mindfulness is commonly utilized for its power to bring us into awareness, presence and vitality. This workshop will begin with a mindfulness practice, and be followed by an invitation to visualize this felt experience with imagery. With movement, you’ll be invited to embody and personify aspects of this imagined territory, to discover and interact with facets of you that may be getting revealed through this exploration. This Drama Therapy workshop aims to support our relationships with these parts of ourselves, and strengthen our rootedness, clarity and wholeness.
Music is very powerful. It has the ability to join, to communicate, to empathise and to heal. Music has been part of human culture since the first sound was recognised as having meaning.
