Important Notice Regarding the Rescheduling of the "Expression, Co-creation, Renewal" Global Online Academic Forum on Arts in Therapy
To all Distinguished Guests, Participants, Partners, and Academic Colleagues,
Since its announcement, the "Expression, Co-creation, Renewal" Global Online Academic Forum on Arts in Healing and the Inaugural Issue Launch of the Global Journal of Arts in Therapy have received immense support and keen interest from the global community. For this, we are profoundly grateful, and our preparatory work has been progressing steadily.
Upholding our original commitment to deliver a high-caliber academic event of substantial depth and broad global influence, the Forum's Academic Committee and Organizing Committee, after careful deliberation and joint decision, hereby officially announce:
The forum, originally scheduled for January 31 to February 2, 2026, will be rescheduled to February 28 to March 2, 2026.
This adjustment is driven by our unwavering pursuit of the highest quality for the forum:
1. To Facilitate In-Depth Global Promotion: The postponement allows us more time to conduct more systematic and extensive global outreach and institutional invitations, ensuring the forum's cutting-edge topics reach a wider international academic and professional community.
2. To Optimize the Participant Experience: The additional preparation period will enable our technical and organizing teams to conduct more comprehensive testing and refinement of the online platform, simultaneous interpretation, and interactive sessions, striving to provide a smoother and more immersive academic exchange experience for all.
3. To Enhance Academic Content: We also view this as an opportunity to engage in more detailed coordination with additional leading international experts, further enriching and solidifying the forum's agenda to meet the high expectations of our global colleagues.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. Your understanding and continued support are vital to us. To ensure your interests are protected, please note the following arrangements:
· For Confirmed Speakers: Your presentation topic and time slot will be retained in full. A committee liaison will contact each of you shortly to confirm the updated schedule details and provide full assistance.
· For Registered Participants: Your registration and all associated benefits will be automatically carried forward to the new dates; no further action is required on your part. An updated detailed agenda and participant guide will be sent via email in due course.
· For All Our Partners: We will promptly update all promotional materials and cooperation plans, maintaining close communication with you.
The forum's official website and registration portal will be updated accordingly. We are committed to redoubling our efforts with renewed enthusiasm and thorough preparation to ensure the rescheduled forum meets an even higher standard of academic rigor and organizational excellence.
We thank you once again for your patience and continued trust. We look forward to welcoming you to the online gathering from February 28 to March 2, 2026, to share in this significant academic event and co-create the future of healing together.
